Beef Bone Broth vs. Pork Broth

When it comes to noodle dishes the broth is often the star of the show. At Honolulu Noodle & Co., the broth is not only the star but also the foundation of our delicious Taiwanese beef noodle dishes.

While most ramen broths are made from pork belly which gives it a greasy and oily taste, our broth is made from slowly braised beef bones giving our dishes a deep, rich flavor while being light and non-greasy. Honolulu Noodle & Co.'s beef bone broth is simmered for 48 hours, resulting in a healthier and lighter broth that is still bursting with flavor. The long-simmering time also helps to extract all of the nutrients from the beef bones, making the broth even more nourishing and smoother than pork-based broths.
